INTRODUCING:
LET'S BREAK IT DOWN
HERE'S WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN
MODULE 1
This module sets your child up for success from the very beginning. They'll learn how to safely use a sewing machine, how to thread it, and what all the important parts are called. We keep the pace simple and encouraging so they feel confident moving forward. These lessons build the foundation they'll use in every project.
MODULE 2
There's something special about watching your child finish their very first sewing project. The Fireside Pouch is where it all begins. It's small, simple, and gives them a quick win they'll be so proud of!

You'll see their face light up when they hold it in their hands and realize, "I made this all by myself." It's a proud moment that sparks excitement for everything that comes next.

MODULE 3
The Trailblazer Totebag is a project kids love because it's perfect for showing off in public. ๐Ÿ˜‰

They'll feel so proud carrying around something they made, and will feel so much pride when friends asked if they made it! It's the kind of project that builds confidence and makes them excited to keep sewing.
MODULE 4
This project builds on what they've already learned, helping them grow more confident as the skills get a little more advanced. They may even get excited about summer reading if they have a fun place to store their books!

Some kids use it for their favorite books, bedtime notes, or even as a place to leave a tooth for the tooth fairy!

MODULE 5
The Pathfinder Pencil Roll is the most advanced project in Sewing Camp and after your child finishes, they'll have the foundation to continue sewing any projects they want!

Think how excited they will be to walk into school with a pencil pouch they made themselves!
AMELIA
"I love helping kids learn how to sew! Watching their faces light up when they create something with their own two hands brings me so much joy!"
ELAINA
"I like sewing it's very hands on and it's something I can do by myself. It makes feel very creative. "
CLARK
"I like being able to sew because picking the fabric and projects makes me feel creative and very accomplished."
EVELYN
"When I learn about sewing it makes me happy because I can make my own clothes. It's really fun!"
Flora, Age 8

"I did sewing camp with my 8 year old granddaughter when she came to visit. It was such a delight watching her learn and grow in confidence while sewing the projects. It was well worth the cost to have spent this time with her and to have learned a few things myself!"

- Teri McDonald

Harmony, Age 8

"As a mom of twins, I found this course very easy to follow along with them, the three of us at the same time.

Amelia made it very easy to follow and I didn't have any problems along the way. I would recommend this sewing course for anyone, even for someone who has never sewn before (like me). If I can do it I know anyone can do it!"

- Heather Tyson

Harvest, Age 8
Titus, Age 7
"My kids loved all of the projects and had so much fun making them! Their confidence grew after seeing how much they could do without help. They learned new skills and have so much fun showing off their projects!"

- Hannah McCall
Micah, Age 5
Eleanor, Age 8

"After taking Amelia's Sewing Week class myself, I knew her Kid's Sewing Camp would be the perfect fit for my 8-year-old, who had been eager to learn how to sew. Throughout the course, my daughter was beaming with pride and couldn't wait to show her dad each project as she finished it. It was such a joy to watch her confidence grow through something so creative and hands-on."

- Andrea

Beau, Age 8
"My son Beau and I loved the sewing camp course. We remade several of the projects throughout the year as gifts for birthday parties and Christmas. He participated in a youth entrepreneurship course this spring, which will finish with a showcase for kids to sell their own handmade products. He has been working hard for several weeks to make products to display and sell. He gained so much confidence in sewing through the course, and is still displaying it a year later! It has been a sweet shared time for us to plan and shop together, and ultimately to work and create special pieces for friends and family. I love that the class content is available to me forever - my 7 year old is hoping to do sewing camp with me this summer!"

What ages can go through this course?
It really depends on the child, but with help I think a mature 5 year old can go through the course with assistance. My nephew who is 5 was able to complete all the projects in the course with help. It is great all the way up to teenagers too. Children under 12 will probably need assistance (but you don't need any sewing experience to help them!)
Is this course self paced?
Yes! You get immediate lifetime access, so once you purchase the course your child can go through it as quickly or as slowly as they like!
How long do I have access to the course?
You get lifetime access to the course and can rewatch the videos as many times as you want.
How long are the lessons?
Each lesson is between 5 and 20 minutes. I know attention spans can be short, so I try to keep the lessons short too!
Do we need a specific sewing machine?
No, you don't need a specific machine, but I do find that a sewing machine with a speed control is easier for little ones to learn on (it's not a must, just nice to have). I absolutely recommend a real sewing machine though, not a mini sewing machine like this.๐Ÿ‘‡
Do I need to know how to sew to be able to help my child go through this course?
Definitely not! If your child is young and needs help you will easily be able to watch the videos along side them and learn at the same time!
I'm a grandmother who knows how to sew and I want to teach my grandkids, would this course be helpful?
Absolutely! It would make it so easy for you. You and your grandkids can watch the videos together and you won't have to come up with lessons and projects, you can just do the fun part of sewing together!
How long will it take my child to go through the course?
It all depends! You could do this course as an actual camp and do 1 project a day and finish in 4 days, or you could do 1 module a month! It's totally up to you!
Is there a money back guarentee?
Yes! If you aren't satisfied, reach out within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund!
How do I know if my sewing machine has speed control?
Normally the variable speed control is located on the front of the sewing machine. It will be something you can slide left to right.
